In 1985 our company was started its production as a automotive industry supplier to Maysan in a 70 m2 area with 10 employees working on 6 presses a lathe and a rewolwer with sheet iron consumption of 5 tons per month. In 1987 after moving to the existing location our consumption was raised to 15 tons per month with addition of two new customers (Bayraktarlar, Renault) with 21 employees using 15 presses in 450 m2 area sharing with mould production where now the mould section is. After completing the press section in 1994 we are manufacturing in 2500m2 building area of 15050 m2 site in three sections(moulding, production, painting). After completing the warehouse and press section in 2004 we are manufacturing in 4500 m2 building area of 15050 m2 site in four section (mouilding, production, painting, warehouse). Our consumption rised to 500 tons of sheet iron per month using 26 presses(10 to 250 tons) with 130 employees. Our main activities are press-forming of bodywork parts and metal parts, welded and non welded assembling, powdered electrostatic dyeing and zinc phosphate for under dyeing . Our main customers are Toyota (TMMT-TMUK-TMC-TMMF), Toyotetsu, Renault, Bosch, İntier, Karsan, Maysan Mando, Demirdöküm, Demrad, Alltec, Siv, Aci. Our mould production is done in our own mould section department.In our mould section we have possibilities to prepare all of the moulds with the capacity of our presses.In our representation and manifacture procedure SURFCAM/CATIA advanced technology solution is used and thanks to the analysing and mounting of our technology in the imaginary environment, it is gone to representation optimisation.With the possibilities of the SURFCAM/ CATIA software, representation technique pictures are presented to manifacture environment by transhipping to paper directly and quickly.Our technique pictures that are created in SURFCAM/ CATIA environment are transferred directly to operation in the CNC milling bench. During the representation in the SURFCAM/ CATIA environment, tolerations and joining analysis of parts that work each other are controlled and with the computer mounting simulation, rapidly and isochronic engineer working is confirmed. In our firm as measure and control tools, there are 3 CMM coordinate measuring, hardness measuring and various two dimensioning measuring devices. We, as a firm, are focused on taking quality and fertility as a basis and providing pleasure of customer accurately. With the aim of being improved of our production and system constantly, we are always working and also we aim to give the best service in the sector that we are inserted and to become assertive in foreign markets. In our sector we aim to be the leader establishment in the world and we are working untiringly knowing that we have the necessary potential for doing it. Our company has renewed the ISO 9001/2000 quality certificate in 2004 .We are still working to transfer ISO 16949.
