We are a Turkish manufacturer from Isparta region specialized in harvesting and processing of raw fish. We have been dealing with the trade of seafood and food products since 1960s. After the year 1978 we got specialized in processing, producing and exporting freshwater products.
In domestic and foreign markets the company has become one of the esteemed and trusted companies with its alive, fresh and frozen products by new comprehensions and its 60 years experience and technical aggregation. Today our company serves %95 of its products to foreign markets.
The company is one of the leader companies in its region with 4.000m2 covered building based on 30.000m2 land; 40mt of finished product daily freezing capacity and 500mt of frozen storage. All products are produced under the EU approval number and HACCP plan by trained and highly experienced personnel. The company also possess The British Retail Consortium Standard (BRC) and International Food Standard (IFS) certificates which ensures uniﬁed product safety, management of risks, increasing customer satisfaction, fulﬁlment of relevant legal requirements (food law) and consumer protection.
The company also has Global G.A.P. certification which controls harvesting and post harvesting treatments and processing operations.
We do also have ISO 22000:2005 for processing and packaging of frozen raw fish and crayfish products.

The Antalya Airport from where we export alive and fresh products is 115km far away from our plant and again Izmir port from where we export frozen products by reefer containers is 6 hours far away from our plant.
The quality control of the products begins at the natural sources; The company’s trained and educated personnel make fishermen conscious of technical subjects with weekly and monthly programmers. Therefor they provide high quality raw materials which is suitable to our company standards. The firm doesn’t accept any raw materials to process without inspecting the source. All raw materials are brought to the plant with company’s frigofrig trucks and accepted after the quality control of the food and seafood engineers. The company always educate and train its personnel and employees on hygiene of product processing and technical processing items to improve and increase its quality and productivity.
