Orjinal Metal is the leading producer of semi-finished products as brass billet, brass rods and brass profiles made of copper and copper alloys in Turkey. The plant has 24.0000 m2 closed area with more than 40.000 ton production capacity annually. We can provide a variety of high quality brass products to support wide target of companies’ challenging manufacturing&trading requirements.

Orjinal Metal offers a selection of brass billets, brass rods and brass profiles , in requested brass alloys, in various designs and dimensions as per the exact demands of our clients casted in our own foundry. We manufacture under exact process controls that provides excellent consistency for machining and forging operations in compliance with European Norms (EN) and American Norms (ASTM).

Quality system is in line with the quality standards at Orjinal Metal. We are guaranteeing quality and ensuring that our clients’ expectations are achieved in our processes. We have quality, environmental and health/safety certification as ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007. As well as complying with the ISO14001 standard certification, we have already implemented a "Green Procurement" program, enabling Orjinal Metal to manufacture environmentally friendly products compliant with RoHS directive. We test our products in many aspects before sending to our customers. Chemical analysis by spectrometer, diameter tests with calipers, hardness tests by hardness testing devices are the main tests we perform during our production.
