KIVANC MAKINA Dokum San.ve Tic.A.S. serves industry as both producer and supplier since 1976. With cast iron and sphero foundry together with CNC machines serves better services to our customers. The company serving in the field of foundry and machining in Eskisehir industrial region in Turkey has been in active industry on a 18.000 m2 area 10.000 m2 of which is closed. Foundry has all the capabilities of the recent technology. Within the factory there exists 3D technical drawing unit, core unit, molding unit, foundry, sanding and cleaning unit, machining unit, painting and packaging unit and a laboratory. Castings are produced in high technology inductotherm furnaces of 1 kg, 100 kg and 2x1,5 tonnes capacity. KIVANC MAKINA Dokum San.ve Tic.A.S. whose %95 of production is exported and %5 is for domestic market serves for years in the international market. With the machines operating under closed areas, the semi products are machined in accordance with the customer needs in CNC and mechanical machines. After all quality control analysis and test processes the final products are transported to the customers with all technical reports. At the moment KIVANC MAKINA with products of various qualities and specifications also produces special products according to customer needs. Company has years of experience on GG-15 to GG-35 cast iron and GGG-40 to GGG-80 sphero production. KTL facility (Kataforez) whose start-up activities are going on at the moment will start to serve our customers in near future.
