Assahra Ltd Co is one of the leading plastic sheet manufacturer located in Bursa-Turkey. Using the latest techonology to produce with extrusion machine that has the 0,02mm thickness sensivity we are able to manufacture the sheets made of PS, PP, PE, ABS, PMMA, SAN, HIPS, HDPE, PC.

Until the year 2003, our company served to different kinds of sectors (Automotive, Household appliances, office furnitures, bathroom equipments in construction industry, advertisement sector) As a result of many years of professional RD studies, in 2003, our company has started to produce its own plastic sheet machine as well as plastic sheet production. Until now we have produced 4 fullmachines 1 for our use 3 of them we have served for our customer use. Perfectly running machines, can work manuel, automated, one or two layer laminated and different capacity (300-850 kg\h) and width (800mm-2500mm)
Automation of machines can be varied by our customer spesifications, we can use Siemens S7-314, S7-315, S7-316 or Simotion when customers use servo machines for some adjustments. Apart from the automatin parts,all other machinery, which needs high technology, are produced by our factory these are like mould - template, co adaptor(black box) gear pump etc. We also supply these special production parts to our existing customers who are already using the machine.
Our capacity for plastic sheets production is 500 tones per month but it can be increased by demand because we produce our own machinery which gives us a great advantage to increase production capacity anytime. As an integrated facilitied producer we are always serving the best quality at the best pricing policy. Our Research Development (RD) department one of the most professional team in Turkey, who develop nice effected, long life, high quality products.
